Now that I’ve calmed down enough to think rationally, it’s time to start hunting for parts. If anyone is bored, feel free to help search. I’ll make a quick list of what I know I need right now. Important stuff on top, less important down below.
EDIT, I live in Kingston Ontario if that helps find local parts.
Core support (Rust free)
Radiator and electric fan
Oil cooler
Bumper skin and bumper structure
Headlights and turn signals (4 off road lights are also acceptable for a Robocop treatment)
Hood
Center Grille
AC Condenser
I suppose the silver lining is that most of these things needed to be replaced anyways, and the core support was not in the greatest shape to begin with.

I just founnd a parts car....with an auto...
take the motor, stuff it in the capri
take the rest that you need.
AND ITS GREEN TOO!

I just found him a 2nd gen car for parts with an auto.
he can take the motor out of it for the SHO capri, and the rest for his car.
